Bernardo David Mendes Salgueiro Campos Tengarrinha (born 17 February 1989 in Sátão, Viseu) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for Vitória de Setúbal as a central defender.

Football career

After a very brief spell at S.L. Benfica, Tengarrinha finished his youth career at F.C. Porto. In 2008, he was promoted to the first team, but had to wait several months to make his first division debuts, as he was loaned, in January 2009, to C.F. Estrela da Amadora; on 7 February, he played his first game, a 0–0 home draw against Vitória de Setúbal. Estrela would eventually be relegated due to financial irregularities.

For 2009–10, Tengarrinha was loaned again, also in the first division, now to newly-promoted S.C. Olhanense. He scored his first goal as a professional on 6 December 2009, but the Algarve side lost 2–5 at C.S. Marítimo.
